Opal Event Services is a Suncoast event rental company, serving Sarasota and Manatee. We are not planners or coordinators; we are the tables, chairs, and games that make a celebration actually happen, delivered and set up so the day runs easy.

Anyone who has thrown a real party knows the hard part is not the fun: it is the chairs, the tables, the shade, the cleanup, and the trailer you do not own.
Opal exists to take that off your plate. We carry a deep inventory, deliver it on your schedule, set it up if you want, and come back the next day to haul it away. One company, one phone call, the whole infrastructure of an event. That is the entire idea, and we would rather do that one thing extremely well than try to plan your party for you.
We are based on Florida's Suncoast and travel statewide for larger engagements. Whether it is a backyard birthday or a company picnic, you get the same thing: gear that shows up on time and a crew that treats your event like it matters.

Why “Opal”
Named for the way light moves.
An opal shifts color as the light catches it: cool aqua, warm pearl, a blush of coral. It is playful and a little luminous, which is exactly how a good event feels.
That iridescence runs through everything we make, from this site to the lights we string over your tables. It is a small reminder of what we are here for: not the equipment for its own sake, but the bright, easy hours it makes possible.
The crew behind the drop-off.
Our delivery teams come largely from the local firefighter community: people who are licensed for commercial vehicles, used to moving fast under a deadline, and careful with other people's property.
Their rotating schedules mean we can staff a Saturday party and a Sunday pickup without cutting corners. It also means the person unloading your tables takes pride in doing it right. That is the kind of reliability you cannot rent; it comes with the people.
